Update #4

Progress Towards Our Goals
These past few weeks, we have made some good progress on our app. We have begun to implement some features and finalize them to have screens that are ready for proofing. For example, the logging features are mostly underway and we expect to be able to demo them soon. Additionally, the upcoming page and notifications are currently in progress and we expect to have them done in the next couple of weeks. We have also scheduled another meeting with Dr. Nayak, our advisor, who will help us figure out which features to work on further before wrapping them up and finalizing them.

This is a screenshot of two of our nearly finalized pages. We still have to alter the navigation bar so that it accurately represents what page is being displayed. However, we are very proud of how the upcoming treatments and medications widgets look.

Here are some of the logging pages that are currently in development. As with the previous example, the navigation bar is not working right currently.

These are some examples of the tasks that we've recently completed and the ones we are currently working on (from Linear).
Goals for the Next Two Weeks
Our goals for the next few weeks are to continue meeting with people, we are eventually going to try to meet with some Stanford patients and nurses, in order to try the app as well. Additionally, continuing to finalize the app and keep plugging along is very important as it is easy to lose focus and begin to create features that are not needed. Lastly, we plan to begin shooting some of the promo video before we leave school, so to reach this goal by then, we will need to finalize the interactive bits of each portion of the app.
Changes to Our Project
Some current changes to the project are that we are going to make a promotional video for our app, by rendering it in Figma using their built-in software, where we will be able to interact with the app and show others how it is used. This will also serve as the information guide to our app. Additionally, we have decided to switch the statistics viewing mode to be always available, no matter if a person is a clinician or a patient. It will simply be a toggle in the top right corner of the data section. Lastly, we are deciding to build in a few more medication options because they are commonly used, and we want to display that are app supports many things.
Upcoming Issues or Risks
The presenting issue is the task of completing our final presentation while also budgeting time to finalize our app. Both will require a substantial amount of additional work, so we will have to be sure to collaborate well and divide up the work to complete our project. We will probably still be able to complete the bracelet aspect of our project, since that should only take a few days at the tail end of our time off campus during May.
